1. Returns Eligibility
Due to the nature of health and nutritional supplements, we accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product was delivered damaged
You received the wrong product
The product is defective or tampered
The product is expired at the time of delivery
⚠️ The product must be:
Unopened
Unused
In original packaging with seal intact
Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns if:
The product has been opened or used
The seal is broken
The return request is made after 48 hours
The product was ordered by mistake
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened supplements cannot be returned.
3. Unboxing Video Requirement
To process any return or damage claim, a clear unboxing video is mandatory. The video must:
Show the sealed package before opening
Clearly display the issue (damage/wrong product/defect)
Be recorded without cuts or edits
Without an unboxing video, return claims may not be approved.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refund will be credited to the original payment method
For COD orders, refund will be transferred via bank transfer or UPI
5. Replacement Option
In eligible cases, we may offer:
Replacement of the same product, OR
Store credit (if applicable)
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
Refused COD orders may lead to restriction of future COD services.
